Rebrand
Fulfil with Synergy is a complex business, but the thing that always stands out is the care behind it. Every order matters. Every detail reflects on the brands they support. That sense of responsibility runs right through the team.
I’d been working closely with Fulfil with Synergy for over six years, supporting their marketing and communications and getting to know the business, the leadership team and the way things work day to day. So when the rebrand came around, it wasn’t about starting from scratch. It was about helping them express what was already there more clearly.
The idea that unlocked it was a handwritten signature. A simple mark of care, ownership and accountability. It reflected the way the team treats every order, signing off the detail with pride and confidence.
That thinking shaped the identity across the board, from the brand mark and typography to tone of voice, photography and film. The result is a brand that feels closer to the people behind the business and much clearer about the value they bring.
“We’ve worked with Ryan for the last six years, where he has applied his creative acumen to client proposals, tender responses and insight documents. His creative support, imagination and fresh thinking have played a key role in the quality and professionalism of our output.
Last year we appointed a London-based agency to oversee our brand refresh, as they positioned themselves as a “full-service partner”. Within weeks it became apparent they lacked the creativity and agility we were looking for, and were too far removed from the essence of our business.
We invited Ryan into the pitch process. In what felt like days, he produced a comprehensive initial brand platform & concepts development deck, and we were immediately convinced. From that point we appointed Studio Aitch to lead the full refresh programme: the brandmark, the brand identity, and the content, design and development of our new website, alongside oversight of photography, videography, signage and promotional material to support the launch. In practice, Studio Aitch became the full-service partner we were originally looking for.
If I were to sum Studio Aitch up in a few words, I’d say he’s patient (and he needed to be working with us!), flexible, easy to work with, and most importantly design rich.
We’re incredibly proud of our rebrand, and that’s down to Ryan. If you’d like a personal reference — don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.”
